Cancellation Policy

You have 30 calendar days to cancel free of charge for this reservation.

1. To be eligible for a free cancellation of the confirmed booking, your cancellation should be made 30 days in advance of the commencement of the check in.
2. Cancellation received within 15 to 30 days of the commencement of the check in 70% amount will be charged as cancellation fee and 30% booking amount will be refunded.
3. Cancellation received within 14 days of the commencement of the check in no refund will be granted.

Refunds

Once we receive the cancellation request in writing, we will validate it and notify you that we have received your cancellation request and will notify you with in 48 hrs on the status of your refund.

If your cancellation is eligible for refund, we will initiate a refund to your (original method of payment) or bank account details in such cases we request you to share your payment details with us.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Accommodation & Other Services

You will be responsible for paying extra incidentals costs for rendering service which is not a part of your package and the same is non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the applicable Good & Service Tax will be deducted from your refund amount.
